Election policy statement:
A team of Scottish Socialist MSPs in Holyrood led by Tommy Sheridan will fight for:

The public ownership of Kvaerner - and all other multinationals which threaten to pull out of Scotland - to safeguard jobs.

The abolition of the council tax and of domestic water bills, replacing them by a new, fairer local funding system. All households with incomes under £25,000 would pay less - wealthier households and big businesses would pay more.

The return of the £200 million slashed from Glasgow's budget under New Labour as a first step to restoring the hundreds of millions plundered from our city during the Tory years.

Personal details used in election:
Gordon Scott lives in Maryhill and is a social care worker and UNISON steward. He is an active socialist campaigner.
