Dear Voter
Four years ago you elected me as your representative to the new Scottish Parliament. I was honoured and proud at the trust you placed in me and have endeavoured in that time to represent all of the people in Dunfermline and West Fife to the best of my abilities.
As promised I have established a local constituency office and have held regular advice surgeries throughout the constituency every month - over 550 to date. I believe I have been open and accessible to all constituents taking up your issues and making sure that action is taken.
I have also worked successfully on a number of local issues like the Rosyth-Zeebrugge ferry link; the Kincardine Eastern by-pass; and the new Forth Bridge at Kincardine. These together with national initiatives like Free Personal Care for Older People; Free Central Heating; Abolition of student tuition fees; new access rights to our countryside; and nursery places for all 3 year olds show how Labour in the Scottish Parliament is delivering for all in Dunfermline and West Fife.
Much has been done; but there is much more to do.
I hope I can count on your continued support on 1st. May.
Yours faithfully
Scott
