Election address of Agnes Dollan, Independent Labour Party member and Labour candidate for Springburn Ward in the Glasgow Council by-election on 13 December 1921. Agnes Dollan was a prominent figure in women's politics and in the Labour movement before, during and after the Red Clydeside period.

As a suffragette and active member of the Women's Social and Political Union, she was committed to the struggle for obtaining the franchise for women. As a pacifist and anti-war campaigner she was instrumental in forming the Glasgow branch of the Women's International Brigade in 1915 and the Women's Peace Crusade in 1916.

Dollan was also leader of the Glasgow rent strikes of 1915-1916 and an active supporter of the Women's Labour League, campaigning for equal employment opportunities for women.
