RICHARD COLLINS. - The firm of Edward & Richard Collins, paper makers and bleachers, Dalmuir, of which Richard Collins was a member, is noticed in Tait's Directory. Richard was the father of Edward Collins, who is well remembered in Glasgow, and whose sons have prosecuted the same business with much success.
